Successfully completed orders on the website are processed within 5 business days or more, depending on the workload and the specifics of the selected products.

The type of delivery service provided by the courier company, whether express or economy, does not determine the processing time of the order itself but only the delivery date after the order has been processed and handed over to the courier for delivery.

• Conclude sales and delivery contracts for the goods offered by the ONLINE STORE.
• Make any payments related to the contracts concluded with the ONLINE STORE.

V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR CONCLUDING A SALE

Art. 7. (1) Clients primarily use the interface of the Supplier's webpage to conclude sales contracts for the goods offered by the Supplier in the ONLINE STORE.

• Select one or more of the goods offered by the ONLINE STORE and add them to the shopping list.
• Confirm the order.
